Hi, I’m Michelle Silva, and I help bold, visionary women entrepreneurs scale their businesses, amplify their impact, and lead with purpose. With over two decades of marketing and leadership experience, I’ve worked alongside bold, creative women to transform chaos into clarity and build businesses that thrive sustainably.

Why I Do This Work

As a breast cancer survivor and lifelong advocate for ethical leadership, I understand the urgency of building something meaningful. My mission is to help women-led businesses grow with clarity, confidence, and authenticity—because when women succeed, they don’t just change their own lives; they create ripples of impact that extend into their families, communities, and industries. I believe in marketing that aligns with values, amplifies voices, and fosters lasting change. This work isn’t just strategy—it’s about empowering women to build businesses that leave a legacy.

My Story

Life has given me its fair share of challenges—navigating setbacks, rebuilding after loss, and redefining success on my own terms. I’ve been laid off three times, experienced deep personal loss, and had to start over more than once. Through it all, I’ve remained steadfast in my belief that love, kindness, and resilience can transform lives and businesses alike. These experiences have shaped my ability to navigate chaos, find clarity, and create meaningful solutions.

Compassion and neurodivergence are my superpowers. My ADHD brain operates like a web browser with 50 tabs open at once—processing the big picture while tracking every detail. I’m ten steps ahead, instinctively seeing patterns, connections, and opportunities others might miss. Strategy comes naturally to me, blending creativity, logic, and intuition to help businesses grow with clarity and purpose.

This is my fourth business iteration—and I’ve finally nailed it. It took persistence, adaptability, and the willingness to evolve. Now, in mid-life, I’ve stepped into a new level of calm, confidence, and clarity. I help bold, visionary women do the same—rebuild, reimagine, and rise into the next chapter of their success.

My Journey to Becoming Your Marketing Mentor

I didn’t always have the answers. Early in my career, I struggled with overwhelm and the pressure to find that ‘magic formula.’ Through years of experience, I realized that true success comes from alignment—of values, vision, and strategy.

Today, I use my expertise to help women like you lead with confidence, build meaningful relationships, and achieve sustainable growth.

Inspired by Love and Support

My late husband was my rock and unwavering supporter, reminding me every day of the power of belief and encouragement. His love and steadfast faith in my abilities taught me the importance of showing up fully for others—a lesson I carry into my work with women entrepreneurs. His legacy continues to inspire me to help others thrive and achieve their fullest potential.

Trailblazers Who Shaped My Path

My mother was my first mentor and a trailblazer. In the late 1970s and early 1980s, she defied financial barriers to own an interior decorating business—at a time when women needed a male co-signer to open bank accounts or secure business loans. Watching her determination and strength as she grew her business inspired my fascination with entrepreneurship and continues to guide me today.

My brother, like my late husband, taught me the value of family, love, and living life to the fullest. His adventurous spirit and deep appreciation for the present moment remain a profound influence on my life and work. Together, they’ve shown me the power of resilience, authenticity, and leading with purpose.

Finding Balance Outside of Work

When I’m not mentoring women entrepreneurs, I’m embracing the things that bring me joy and connection. You’ll often find me spending quality time with my spirited Australian Heeler, my beloved tabby cat, and exploring the great outdoors—a place that brings me peace and renewal.

The outdoors also holds a special place in my heart because it was something my late husband and I cherished together. We loved camping in our "LovePod" trailer, escaping the noise of the world to simply be with one another. Those quiet moments surrounded by nature with my best friend remain some of my most treasured memories.

I also find joy in spending time with my daughters, immediate and extended family, and the wonderful friends who are like family to me. Inspired by my mother, I have a deep love for interior decorating, as well as exploring hobbies and crafts that spark creativity.

One of my favorite pastimes is watching British television and films, a tradition my husband and I shared that continues to bring me comfort and connection to the memories we created together.
