The DigitalMarketer Certified Partner program, led by Ryan Deiss, offers an in-depth Master Class that trains participants in implementing high-impact strategies like the Double Your Sales Session, the Big 3, and Growth Scorecard. It covers comprehensive modules on planning, value content delivery, and a structured 90-day Growth Accelerator program with phases: Build, Optimize, and Accelerate. The course provides a clear pathway for acquiring Fractional CMO clients, emphasizing practical application and strategic planning.

Shopping Cart Certified Strategist

The Shopping Cart Certified Strategist course offered by Practice Pay Solutions (now Direct Pay, Inc.), a white label of 1ShoppingCart.com, was a six-week program providing comprehensive training in e-commerce and managing online shopping cart systems. The program equipped participants with the skills to automate business tasks, create and manage online products, setup credit card merchant accounts, create autoresponders, and execute essential marketing strategies, enhancing their ability to support e-commerce businesses and drive revenue growth.

AI-Powered Marketer 

Accelerator

The AI-Powered Marketer Accelerator certification course is a 6-week program that equips marketers with the skills to utilize AI tools for optimizing marketing strategies and improving campaign performance.​​​​ The course includes live sessions covering topics like ideal customer profiles, brand voice, customer journeys, sales copy, and AI-driven content creation.

Certified LMS Strategist

The Certified LMS Strategist training program by Practice Pay Solutions (now Direct Pay, Inc.) provided comprehensive e-learning solutions for coaches, solopreneurs, speakers, trainers, and virtual professionals. The course covered setting up and managing a Learning Management System (LMS), creating interactive relationships with members and students, and leveraging technology to deliver valuable online educational experiences, all aimed at helping conscious business owners turn their knowledge into profits while providing extreme value.

Social Media Certified Strategist

This 6-week certification course covered various social media topics, including strategy, tools, channels, small business applications, and performance measurement. Participants completed a team project, which was peer-reviewed, to receive certification.

Professional Virtual Author's Assistant

The Professional Virtual Author’s Assistant training and certification program by Jan B. King, former owner of AuthorSmart, was a three-week course designed to equip participants with comprehensive knowledge of the book creation and publishing process. The training covered topics such as manuscript creation, traditional and self-publishing, book marketing, promotion, and sales, concluding with an exam to certify participants. This program provided valuable insights and skills, making participants well-rounded professionals capable of supporting authors throughout their publishing journey.​

Accomplishments

Diverse Portfolio of Initiatives

Digital Transformations: Led UA/GA3 to GA4 upgrades, improving tracking accuracy. Prior to this project, there were inaccuracies, lack of confidence in true front-end revenue, and longer load times. This was a 2-year project in which I was the project lead. Creative Branding: Redesigned fleet truck wraps, significantly increasing brand visibility and impact for over a decade. Lead Generation: Executed a pilot webinar project that grew from 3 attendees to over 500 attendees in less than 10 months, generating over 4,000 new qualified leads. Content Strategy: Developed strategies that enhanced brand narratives and increased engagement through consolidated efforts.

Ethical & Values-Based Marketing

Ethic​al Marketing Practices: Created lead magnet on profiting with purpose, generating numerous new leads. Authored extensive writings on values-based marketing, enhancing brand reputation. Analytical and Creative Expertise: Developed Ideal Client Profiles, improving personalization and engagement. Managed complex analytics upgrades, blending analysis and creativity to improve data insights.

Notable Achievements

Strategic Leadership & Oversight: Unearthed Costly Oversight: During an audit, discovered a single ad left unattended for 5 years, costing the client over $120k annually. This highlighted the importance of vigilant oversight. Significant Revenue Growth: Delivered 88% revenue growth in the first year by changing vendors (after 11 years) and restructuring ad accounts, along with an 85% increase in ROAS. Extensive Client Impact: Served hundreds of clients and organizations in the health and wellness sectors, elevating their visibility and impact through strategic marketing efforts across the United States and globally.​ Membership Landing Pages Overhaul: Directed strategic overhaul, boosting member engagement and conversion rates. Optimized content, leveraged SEO best practices, and defined compelling value propositions. Resulted in top 10 most visited landing page across the company’s collective sites for two years.

Team Leadership & Development

Leading & Mentoring Teams:  Led a team of 16 subcontractors based in the U.S. and Canada while working with clients globally. Hired and managed a marketing assistant at for a telecommunications company. Acted as Office Manager and HR Director for a large landscape company, overseeing direct reports (receptionist, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.) and managing payroll for over 140 employees. Educational Collaboration & Intern Management: Co-developed  VOP (Virtual Office Professional) AA/AS and certificate program, including an intern requirement. Onboarded half a dozen interns to assist with client work. Adjunct instructor at Shasta College, responsible for creating lesson plans, guiding students, evaluating them, and providing quizzes and tests along with final grades. Led and mentored hundreds of students in both public and private education settings, serving as a keynote speaker and breakout session leader on business and marketing topics.
